These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the CodeCkt website, enquiry and application flows, and related online services offered by Exackt Techfleeters (OPC) Private Limited (“Company”, “we”, “us”) under the CodeCkt brand (“Services”). By using the Services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

Eligibility and accounts

You must be able to form a binding contract under applicable law to use the Services in a way that submits personal data or applies to programs. You are responsible for the accuracy of information you provide and for maintaining the confidentiality of any credentials we may issue. Notify us promptly of unauthorized use.

Programs and offers

Descriptions of programs (including the AI Builder Bootcamp and Agentic AI Engineer Fellowship), durations, curriculum themes, and outcomes on the site are for general information. Admission, cohort timing, fees, and specific obligations are governed by separate communications, agreements, or enrollment terms we may provide at the time of application or enrollment. Nothing on the site guarantees admission, employment, or a particular salary or business outcome.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Services in violation of law or third-party rights.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems, other users, or data.
  • Introduce malware, overload infrastructure, or interfere with proper operation of the Services.
  • Scrape, harvest, or automate access to the Services in a way that impairs the site or bypasses intended use.
  • Misrepresent your identity or affiliation when contacting us or applying.

We may suspend or terminate access for conduct that we reasonably believe breaches these Terms or creates risk.

Intellectual property

The Services, including text, graphics, logos, layout, and software (excluding your submissions), are owned by the Company or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Services for personal, non-commercial purposes consistent with these Terms. No other rights are granted. “CodeCkt” and related marks are trademarks of the Company or its affiliates; do not use them without prior written permission.

Your content

You retain ownership of information and materials you submit through forms or applications. You grant us a non-exclusive license to use, store, process, and display such content as needed to operate the Services, evaluate applications, deliver programs, communicate with you, and comply with law. You represent that you have the rights to provide the content you submit.

Third-party links and services

The Services may link to third-party websites or tools (for example social profiles or documentation). We do not control those sites; their terms and privacy practices apply. We are not responsible for third-party content or services.

Disclaimers

The Services are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Company and its directors, officers, employees, and agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, goodwill, or business opportunities, arising from or related to your use of the Services. Where liability cannot be excluded, our aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the Services or these Terms will be limited to the greater of (a) the amount you paid us for the specific Service giving rise to the claim in the twelve months before the claim, or (b) Indian Rupees five thousand (INR 5,000), except where law requires otherwise.

Indemnity

You will defend, indemnify, and hold harmless the Company and its affiliates from claims, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the Services, your content, or your breach of these Terms, to the extent permitted by law.

Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Subject to mandatory consumer protections in your jurisdiction, courts located in India will have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising from these Terms or the Services, unless we agree otherwise in writing.

Changes

We may modify these Terms at any time. We will post the updated Terms on this page and update the “Last updated” date. Material changes may be communicated through the site or by email where appropriate. Continued use after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms where permitted by law.

Severability

If any provision of these Terms is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full force and effect.
